We will march. We will starve. We will fight. We will have the vote.

It’s now one hundred years since women were granted the vote.

The Patient Prisoner is a story of anarchy, militancy and perseverance. Tackling the trials and tribulations of the Scottish suffrage movement and the efforts of suffragette Fanny Parker also known as Janet Arthur to bring about that change.

Performed by an all female cast and using live music, to tell the incredible true stories of gunpowder plots, hatchets and hunger, in the quest for deeds not words.

We will march. We will starve. We will fight. We will have the vote.
